Flowey's Full Laugh
So I recognized that Flowey's laugh is a commonly used sound effect, and I was able to find the full, unedited version of the laugh online. I edited it to sound like Flowey, then used MS paint and Windows Movie maker to make a crappy little video to go with it. :P

I'm probably going to make a second version of this laugh. This one doesn't exactly sound right.I also plan on making the omega version, SO PREPARE! MUAHAHAHA!
