Lightroom Local - Will this change how you use Lightroom?
In October 2023, Adobe introduced a new feature, whereby you can access in Lightroom CC your Local Storage.
This potentially could open up Lightroom to all the photographers that want to make use of its tools, but do not want to pay for Cloud. They can utilise their own Local Storage to edit, using the minimal storage option to share only those images they want to.
