What is Environmental Justice?
In this short clip, the EEB breaks down the concept of environmental justice. After all, the concept is not so complicated: while some get to enjoy clean air, leafy neighbourhoods, and safe bike paths, others - often from marginalised groups - must bear the burden of living under noisy flight paths or next to toxic waste sites. Understanding this imbalance as environmental injustice allows us to better tackle it.
