The video shows client and server hits from a weapon, even with high network delays it can be seen that the weapon always goes to the point where the client fired, but the client cannot affect the point of the shot because the shot was only on the server :) The client only shows an imitation of the shot (animation, sound, etc.) and the server does the rest
