Even though this song wasn't suppose to be about Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy I always kept thinking about them when making this song. I imagined Rainbow singing this to Fluttershy after they haven't seen each other in a long, long time. Now since it didn't turn out this way in the show, I guess this song is somewhat my own fan-fiction.
Now again, since this isn't suppose to be about RD and Shy you can interpret any character singing this song.
That's why I also pitched my vocals so they don't sound specifically male nor female. A non-binary song if you will ;)
