Chennai Journalist's Tryst With a New York Photographer During Chennai Water Crisis | The Quint
The Quint's reporter Smitha TK took Cynthia Van Elk, a photographer based in New York, around Chennai to show how the city is tackling the water crisis.
Cynthia has been working on a project called ‘Water as Leverage,’ funded by the Dutch government in association with United Nations. It aims at developing resilient, climate adaptable urban water projects for Chennai (India), Khulna (Bangladesh) and Semarang (Indonesia).
