Making yogurt at home is very easy and simple. You will not need any equipment, no special starter culture, no yogurt maker.
To make yogurt at home:
Milk - 400-500 g
Thick or liquid yogurt - 1-2 tbsp.
1. Heat the milk to a very warm state (42-45 degrees), but do not boil.
2. Add 1-2 tbsp to warm milk. yogurt. Mix until smooth. Do not make yogurt in metal bowls. Suitable glass or ceramic dishes.
3. Cover with a lid, wrap with a towel and leave in a warm place for 6-8 hours, then refrigerate. Yogurt is ready.
