Occupy Worthing: Section 30
Occupy Worthing attempts to gain a transparent view of the Section 30 order that Sussex Police & Worthing Borough Council signed to run in Worthing from 1st June - 31st August. Section 30 allows police constables & PCSO's to arbitrarily decide whether people may be at risk of becoming 'anti social' within the areas of Worthing town, Homefield park & Victoria park
