Synopsis:
During the Japanese invasion, both the renowned Dafeng Trading Company and "Deji" Trading Company in the Taihang region faced the threat of being taken over by President Kataoka of Japan. However, the leaders of the two companies, Lei Peng and Ma Zhenghao, harbored mutual resentment, each focused on their own growth. One day, a coal mine under Dafeng Trading was disrupted by a mysterious outsider. Gu Jun, the second-in-command of Dafeng, arrived just in time, rescuing dozens of miners and discovering a dynamite package marked with "Deji" in the mine. Amid discussions about a potential mining partnership between the two companies, Ma Zhenghao, the head of Deji, expressed his determination to investigate the incident thoroughly.
