Sergei bought non-residential premises at auction in a nine-story building on the ground floor. This space was designed either as a storage room or as a concierge room. But since no one used it, the premises were put up for auction. For a small price, Sergei managed to buy this non-residential area, and then he decided to convert it into a residential studio apartment. Since the premises had been abandoned for a long time, we had to do a global renovation, replaced absolutely everything, doors, horse, screed. As a result, we got a rather cozy studio apartment on the ground floor of a high-rise building, you won’t even think that it was a non-residential building before.
