The Series 1 Lotus Elise was produced from 1996 to 2001, and the 111S was a sportier version offering 143hp, a modest but noticeable 21% more than the regular Elise. The car doesn't weigh much more than 1600 pounds. The transmission is 5-speed manual. The engine is I4, with a volume of 1.8L
