Tracking onto a wall in after effects with mocha (beginner)

This helps me stay awake editing more videos late at night after work.
Using 2d perspective tracking in Mocha and After Effects to replace a poster on a wall. (Mocha is pre-bundled with after effects).
The same principle can be used to replace the screen on a phone, tablet or tv, etc.

Some people are having trouble when pasting the tracking data into after effects and it does not line up or bounces around.
To fix this, just go to your After Effects project area, right click on the source video you are sending to Mocha for tracking, and go to 'interpret footage', 'main'. Copy the frame rate from there and paste it into your composition settings. Now send it to mocha, track again and it should be fine.
