Here's a quick guide to some of the customization options possible with the whisker menu and xfce panel, available by default in MX-14.

Notes:

1. Favorites Menu on Whisker Menu right click whisker menu icon and select properties for options.

2. Adding items to panel
1. add to panel menu option - right click on an item in the menu
2. dragging to the panel - from whisker menu or from application finder, slightly easier from app finder
3. moving items on the panel -right click a widget, select move
4. adding widgets - right click panel- panel settings - add new items
5. add a panel - right click panel - panel settings
