There are Pros and Cons to training in Thailand! In this video I recommend some spots to check out in 2023/2024 if you are looking to train in Muay Thai or MMA in Phuket Thailand. I went over there early 2023 with a few of the lads I train and spent time at Tiger Muay Thai, Bangtao, Sinbi Muay Thai, as well as a bunch of others whilst there.
