After company-wide restructuring and a series of personnel changes, BlackBerry’s Enterprise Documentation team was left with a toolset that was stuck in stasis, including an aging in-house website and a CCMS that lacked IT support.
From challenge comes opportunity, and from opportunity comes innovation. As a team of experienced and resilient technical writers, we sought out a new CCMS and web solution that would give us complete control over how we create content and allow us to explore new ways of providing that content to customers.
