True Labor:
-Contractions are regular and increase in intensity.
-They last longer and get closer together.
-Pain often starts in the back and moves to the front.
-Contractions don’t go away with movement or rest.
Braxton Hicks (False Labor):
-Irregular and infrequent contractions.
-Usually less painful and more uncomfortable.
-Often stop with movement, hydration, or rest.
