Today we are preparing a traditional Turkish dish, it is very popular not only with locals, but also with tourists and visitors, and it is called Balyk Ekmek, which in Russian means simply "fish in bread". Freshly caught mackerel is very popular in Turkey, but other varieties of local fish are also prepared, the most important thing is that the fish is added in a large piece, and that it does not fall apart. We take the vegetable component to your taste, we have Peking cabbage, sweet salad onion and sweet pepper, tomato, avocado and of course 2 very tasty sauces. Traditionally, Balyk Ekmek is prepared in a bun, but we suggest cooking it in lavash. This is a very budget fast food that you can cook according to your family's preferences, which we did

We will need…

✅For 1 sheet of lavash:
100 gr. boiled catfish (you can have any fish, baked, fried)
¼ pcs. avocado
¼ pcs. sweet pepper
¼ pcs. sweet red onion
½ pcs. medium tomato
3-5 leaves of Peking cabbage
Greens: dill, parsley, arugula, mustard leaf (or your favorite)
1st sauce: ketchup
2nd sauce: mayonnaise + 1 tsp mustard+2 garlic cloves+1 medium pickled cucumber
