Podio is the best CRM for real estate around in my opinion. You can customize it to do basically anything you want as long as you have Globiflow which comes with the Podio Premium account.
Depending on which developer you talk to, the setup I'm giving you here for FREE is worth anywhere between $1,500 and $3,000 and with some of the other additional items I have in my Podio such as drip campaigns, it goes even higher.
