Taco Pizza
Ingredients:
For Dough:
1 cup warm water (not hot)
2 ½ cups of flower
¼ tsp of salt
1 pkg of dry active yeast
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp of oil
Bean sauce:
1 16oz can of refried beans
3/4 Tbsp of chili powder (or taco seasoning)
½ cup of water
1/2 tsp salt
1st Toppings:
1 lb Hamburger ( Seasoned with Salt, pepper, 1 tsp chili powder)
Grated cheddar cheese
2nd Toppings:
Chopped lettuce
Crushed nacho chips
Diced onions
Pace medium salsa
Instructions:
Place dough on greased cookie sheet,
Mix sauce to a loose consistency and pour over dough
Add hamburger topping and cheese topping
Cook on bottom rack on 425* for 20 minutes
Until crust is golden brown
Cut cooked pizza and add onion, lettuce, chips and salsa
