This week, we’re taking you along for an action-packed, mystery-filled vlog! We kicked off the adventure with a high-energy happy hour at Hot Pot, our favorite Jamaican spot. With good vibes, amazing food, and a lively crowd, it was the perfect way to set the tone. With incredible food and an amazing crowd, we couldn’t have asked for a better start to the weekend. This week’s vlog is all about surprises, good vibes, and staying on top of our fitness goals!
We also took some time for a peaceful walk in the park with my mom, focusing on our fitness journey. We’re dedicated to staying healthy and want to motivate all of you to do the same! A quick walk can be just what you need to keep pushing forward on those goals.
Then, we took a spontaneous trip to a surprise destination! I revisited some of my old stomping grounds, hung out with friends, and celebrated my aunt’s birthday in a way only family can. My husband got to see a whole new side of the family he doesn’t usually experience, and the party vibes were on another level!
