full height walls are only allowed inside the shells. this includes a ban on basements, but pools are allowed. you can move and rotate the shells around the lot, so long as you don't change which level they are on or let them touch, and also no changing the wall heights. any lot type and size is fair game. don't forget to use #sahmiversaryshell on the gallery! the base shell and my version are both on the gallery now under ID sahmandbean. can't wait to see what you do!
