My day began in the vibrant heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, where the streets buzz with energy, lined with charming shops and bustling with tourists. After soaking in the lively atmosphere of the market, I found myself by the serene Hoan Kiem Lake, its tranquil beauty offering a perfect escape from the city’s hustle. I then made my way to the Ngoc Son Temple, perched on a tiny island in the lake. I spent quite some time here, the peaceful surroundings and the reflections on the water were simply mesmerizing.
I struck up a conversation with some locals, who shared stories and added a layer of warmth to my experience. Feeling adventurous, I hopped onto a local rickshaw and headed to one of the city's most Instagram-famous spots. After exploring and capturing the essence of the place, I took a final look around before wrapping up the day.
