hi friends yesterday i was playing a video in Ubuntu but i get a error that media cannot play so if you get this type of error in Ubuntu and it derivatives like ( zorion os , elementary os etc)
so here is a fix watch this video completely and after that you will able play the video
the error occurring to mpeg-4 video formats so we have update Ubuntu packages and that is the fix
