notes : IF THESE STEP DOESNT WORK, U MUST DO THIS FIRST :

type logo windows + R / Run
Type : regedit
Hkey_local_machine
software
microsoft
directx

Modify "Installed version" like this :
0808 00 00 00 09 00 00 00
and at Version set value data :
4 09 00 0904

AFTER THAT, try installation again with troubleshoot
