Work permit in Russia
Foreign nationals are allowed to work in Russian Federation only after work permit obtainment. There are several procedures of foreign nationals’ legalization that are aimed to exercise labor activity in Russia: employment as HQS specialist, standard procedure of the employment (with or without quota) and a special procedure for citizens of CIS. We’d like to pay your attention to the procedure of the employment as HQS specialist which gives a certain priority both to the company – employer and to the employee. For example, it takes less time to have all documents issued by FMS Service. Comparing to the standard procedure described above HQS work permit and work visa let foreign nationals stay and work in Russia during 3 years. In general, it is not so easy to employ foreign nationals in Russia. It becomes possible to deal with the issues easily only after having analyzed the present situation in a company and being quite experienced in such a specific kind of activity.
