Jeep Cherokee - HOW TO PLACE REAR BRAKES IN BRAKE SERVICE MODE (2014 - 2023)

Tutorial video on how to put Electronic Parking Brake in service mode on Jeep Cherokee SUV when you are servicing rear brakes (rotors, brake pads). ( 2014 | 2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 | 2022 | 2023 | SPORT | NORTH | LIMITED | TRAILHAWK ).

Press the Settings button on the dashboard and then select Safety / Assistance. Select Brakes and press Brake Service Mode. This will retract electronic parking brake so you can work on the rear brakes. That's it.

In case you have a higher trim Cherokee than showed in the vehicle your display might be different but again this option should be available in the Settings menu.
