More new cards were revealed today from the upcoming Legends of Runeterra expansion, Empires of the Ascended, which will release on March 3rd. The new cards included a new champion: Leblanc. As well as some new Noxus cards. And it looks like Noxus is starting to embrace it's control side. In this video we'll review Leblanc along with the other new Noxus cards and evaluate how good they'll end up being.
