I'll show you how to get a FROZEN TURTLE SHELL in a Terraria.
The Frozen Turtle Shell is a Hardmode accessory.
It grants the Ice Barrier buff when equipped which gives 25% damage reduction as long as their health remains at or below 50%.
And in order for them to start appearing, we first need to defeat the wall of flesh in order to switch to Hardmode.
So we move to the underworld.
We throw the voodoo doll into the lava.
And kill the wall of flesh.
After that, we look for the winter biome.
And go underground to the Underground level.
It is here that Ice Tortoises will spawn from which FROZEN TURTLE SHELLs fall.
Remember, battle potions and water candles increase the frequency of mobs.
