With the 6S standard, our flat coil springs manufacture started from the raw material. All the SUS301 stainless steel strip will go through the hardness testing, and after that, they will be stacked in order before go to coiling.
Before the mass production, our flat coil springs will endure all kinds of testing like tension testing, torsion testing, fatigue testing, life-cycle testing and so on.
Some springs products require the special techniques like high-temperature baking and oil-soaking process, it will make the springs more lubricated and good counterbalance performance.
Pre-stressed power springs will endure another technique - rewinding, it will make the springs torsion more power.
