Logic 10.5 ushered in a slew of new features which has the industry a buzz. One of these new features is the introduction of Sampler, Logic’s new native sampler instrument/synth which has supplanted the old EXS24. In this video we take a look at a workflow for creating a multi sampled instrument using a melodic sample found on Splice. Prior to 10.5 creating an instrument with the EXS24 was a bit more of an undertaking perhaps distracting from the music making process. Watch and learn at how easy it is now to get up and going with your own custom instrument using some of these new features.
