I always forget which characters use which local specialties, so I went through each region’s specialty to find out:
Moving on to Liyue, there are NINE local specialties:
Jueyun Chili is used by Xiangling and Yaoyao
Noctilucuous Jade is used by Beidou and Yanfei
Silk Flower: Hu Tao and Xingqiu
Glaze Lily: Ningguang and Yunjin
Qingxin: Ganyu, Shenhe and Xiao
Starconch: Ga Ming, Childe and Yelan
Violetgrass: Baizhu, Qiqi and Xinyan
Cor Lapis: Chongyun, Keqing and Zhongli
AND Clearwater Jade: Xianyun
This means Liyue has ONE local specialty used by ONE character, FOUR local specialties used by TWO characters and FOUR local specialties used by THREE characters
