Regain Control of Your Data with a Local Account. This method could apply for both Windows 11 Home and Pro.

Bypassing Microsoft Sign-in via CMD method:

In the command prompt Window:
netsh interface show interface
netsh interface set interface "Ethernet Name" disable

Bypassing Microsoft Sign-in on a New Windows Laptop (Potentially with Windows 24H2):
The reason for this method is that Windows version 24H2 prevents opening the command prompt window.
1. Disconnect from the Internet: Before powering on the new laptop for the first time, immediately turn off your home router (or any active Wi-Fi source). This prevents Windows from automatically connecting to the internet during setup.
2. Initiate Setup and Observe: Turn on the laptop and proceed with the initial Windows setup process.
3. Trigger Task Manager (Repeatedly): When the Wi-Fi signal icon appears during the setup phase, repeatedly press the following keys simultaneously: Ctrl + Shift + Esc. Continue pressing these keys repeatedly.
4. Check for User Creation Prompt: If successful, Windows will eventually display a prompt asking you to enter your name and surname. This indicates that you have bypassed the Microsoft account sign-in requirement.
5. Complete Local Account Setup: proceed to fill in your name and surname, and complete setting up your local account.
