Count occurrences of a selection in a cell in Google Sheets with Apps Script

This tutorial will cover how to count the number of times a cell is changed to a specific value in Google Sheets using Google Apps Script.
Then we will apply our script to multiple Google Sheet Tabs.
Finally, we will modify our script to store a column's worth of changes in a single cell update.
