Hi loves, this is a recipe to make a healthy banana and avocado smoothie
Ingredients
6 frozen ripe bananas
Peanut butter 2 scoops
500mls whole milk
2 ripe avocado
5 dates
Add every thing in a blender, and blend until smooth you can play with the ingredients as you like.
If you don't have frozen bananas you can use your ripe bananas
