A ticket system is a great addition to any Discord server. Once you setup ticket tool in your Discord server members will have a direct line of communication with moderators or staff. A ticket system can be used in various ways, however, the most common is to alert server staff of issues. Issues can be anything from a feature not working in the Discord server, to a member acting suspiciously or breaking the rules.

You can setup a ticket system in your Discord server using the ticket tool bot. Using the ticket tool bot you can set a custom message and adjust everything necessary for the ticket system to work correctly.
