Does Egypt Ever Sleep? Night Drive From Cairo To Giza
I take a taxi from Cairo Airport to Giza at 4:00 AM at night. It is my first time in Egypt and I am shocked at how many people are out at this time of night in Cairo and Giza. There are many stores and restaurants with people eating late at night along the streets of Cairo. Driving in Egypt looks like chaos, but somehow it works with very few traffic lights.
Is Egypt safe to be out this late at night? Even though it is my first time in Egypt, It seems to be safe to me.
