water - 150 ml
Transparent jelly:
instant gelatin - 25 g
water - 600 ml (500 ml in syrup + 100 ml in gelatin)
sugar - 100 g (4 tbsp.l)
citric acid - 3 g (0.5 tsp)
strawberries - 300 g
Finished cake weight: 2.7 kg
⏰Cooking time: the complete solidification of the last layer in the refrigerator is at least 6 hours, all previous layers can be put in the freezer for 10-20 minutes to speed up the process
