A 5-step crossover volleyball blocking move gives blockers to the opportunity to cover the most distance when time allows for the blocker to take this many steps. The beginning of this move gives momentum to the blocker as the blocker moves toward an opposing attacker. This is also a good move for an off-blocker to use while triple-blocking.
