A Day In My Life With ADHD | letting hyperfocus win, floral arranging, grocery haul, rant, & more!
In today's video, I share days in my life living with ADHD. Sometimes hyperfocus can be a pain because it kicks in and feels so good but you should be switching to do something else, but it's really hard to stop. In today's video, I had the day to just let the hyperfocus take over while making a flower arrangement for my friends, which made me really happy! Floral arranging... did someone say, new hobby?? 🤪
We also do a little grocery haul, talk nerdy about music and the geniuses of Marc Rebillet, and more.
