'SCIROCCO' Visions of Sicily
The Consulate General of Italy in New York presents Scirocco, an art exhibition by American artist Midge Wattles.
This collection of captivating, almost pictorial photographs and delicate ceramic sculptures capture the imposing yet subtle beauty of Sicily, where the artist has been traveling to since 2014.
Already fascinated by Italy and by Sicily, Midge realized most of the works in the exhibition while she was living in Palermo thanks to a Fulbright scholarship.
