How I got FAT? The truth about my weight gain - binge eating, toxic body standards in 2000s
You are probably wondering how I got fat ?! I have gained almost 60lbs in 4 years that , that is a very significant weight gain but I really got fat when I reached puberty and it just gotten worse from there. I struggled with binge eating most of my life, I will do very well for couple of days and then bam , off the wagon.
This is embarrassing to share but I think it might make someone feel less alone
