Massive October Blue Cat Hit the Deck | Biggest of the Year (90+ LBs)
Well guys... this was the fish I've been waiting all year for. The fish that just HAD to tease me by being a few pounds short of hundo status! But nonetheless the absolute king of the river and a fish I am so grateful to have encountered. It was the only bite of the entire night, but it's the only bite that mattered because the power of this fish was just unmatched. The scale never held stable but was bouncing all over from about 96 to 101 lbs. The length/girth calculation puts this fish at 97.5 lbs which seems pretty accurate to me considering what the scale was reading on average. So that's what I'm sticking with. 97.5 lbs = A true fall giant!
