Never do this with your motherboard when building a computer! Don't put your motherboard on top of the anti-static bag it came in when building a PC. Instead, put the motherboard on top of the cardboard box it came in. Quick tip during the building process: occasionally touch metal things or ideally have an anti-static bracelet (and wear it correctly, don't be like the dude from The Verge)
