WOODEXPERT is a 3D CAD furniture design program that automates work in several areas: design, technical drawings, production documentation and CNC machining.
Thanks to the BOM module, the user generates production documentation of furniture on the basis of a previously prepared 3D model. This process is fully automatic and takes only a few seconds.
After generating the BOM, the user receives:
a list of elements with assigned load-bearing and finishing materials
a list of fittings and accessories
production data with gross and net dimensions
a costing tool
index assignment tool with ERP search
predefined, customisable fields
versioning of material lists.
The entire system is complemented by the packing tool, where the user creates packages, assigns elements to them and adds packing materials.
Production reports, such as cutting list, material list or structural list can be saved in any format. The reports created in this way can be integrated into PDM / ERP systems.
