The New Minecraft World Record isn't Legal... or is it!?

This video analyses the new Speedrun World Record for Minecraft by @drip120_ that has been rejected by the leaderboard moderators, due to an unverifiable mod.
UPDATE (9th Jan)
THE RUN WILL NOW BE VERIFIED! As will all runs that have used simple mods solely for the purpose of crashing and accessibility, as long as those mods can be checked quickly and verified to not be malicious.
This speedrun is not cheated, or fake (as far as we know) - however it will not be on the leaderboards as the New World Record for Minecraft Speedrunning.
Should the leaderboard moderators make an exception? Or does this set a bad precedent for future submissions? Let me know below.
