This video will show you an easy way to fix those broken animations you can get from scaling an armature which has animations on it. Scaling an armature in blender can be pretty tricky when it has animations attached to it.
To save yourself the hassle in future just make sure that you have correctly scaled and applied scale to your armature BEFORE you animate it, but if you didn't and now you're stuck you can easily fix your incorrectly scaled animation by following this video.
