Sometime you got the error when opening your file like There was an error opening this document. A device which does not exist was specified. However its there, right? Also you got the message when going to the NTFS Security tab and getting the message like The requested security information is either unavailable or cant be displayed. And this time you are not able to set the NTFS security permission on your files and folder. And off course also you are not able to copy and paste the file and getting the error message like Windows cannot create a shortcut here. Do you want the shortcut to be places on the desktop instead? But when you click on Yes you still not able to paste the file. And when you want to rename the file you got the message there like An unexpected error is keeping you from renaming the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem. Error 0x800701B1 A device which does not exist was specified.
