So while we have a more in depth video to cover extensive Twitch stream settings and how to troubleshoot ( • Fix Blurry Twitch Stream Quality, Enc... ) , there are a few newer developments I wanted to cover for Windows settings for OBS and if you should use game mode or run obs as admin or not. This addresses potential situations where you are having a stuttery stream, dropping frames, etc but OBS isn't giving you encoder overloaded or any other error messages.
