A lot of my patients are concerned with the materials that we use to make the final set of teeth for All on 4, or a Full Set of Dental Implants.

Things have progressed a lot in the last few years, and there are some materials that I do not use any more due to strength.

These days, where possible, I recommend polished zirconia for implant teeth, as it is the smoothest (so less plaque sticks to it), and its the strongest - so less fractures.

In the clinic, we are working to reduce the cost of this type of bridge, but also keeping the quality of the teeth as high as possible.
