Wizards Nerfed into the Ground, Druids (finally?) BUFFED - Dark and Darker Patch #61
With Dark and Darker patch #61, it seems Dark and Darker has decided to nerf wizard cast speed into the ground using a certain perk, bring druids up with some support and form buffs, and help out warlock a little bit.
